Hermes at Aldo! Kind of.

If you're anything like me you love handbags and would love to own one of those designer handbags that cost thousands of dollars that only the celebrities wear. But, when reality sets in we realize our money is better spent on necessities and that those expensive items would be nice if we had the income of those afore mentioned celebs. However, I finally got my hands on a gorgeous bag that looks almost identical to the famous Hermes Birkin Bag that all the celebrities, most recently Kim Kardashian, are carrying. Kim literally has these bags in every color! There were reports last year that on her trip to Paris she spent a cool $100,000 on seven of these bags. Hermes bags are super expensive as you can see. There's probably no way in my life, unless I get rich some how, that I will ever own one of my own. But, the bag I just bought looks so strikingly similar to this famous bag that I had to share the news!

 

Last weekend I went to the mall and stopped at Aldo. I don't go in there on every shopping trip, but since I hadn't been there in a while I figured I'd stop in. I browsed at the shoes and some accessories and then I saw this amazing bag. Now, the word "amazing" doesn't even do this bag justice because it's way better than that when you get down to it. I saw it in black even though it also comes in a creme/nude color too. The lines on the bag are so classic and chic I knew I had to get it. I picked it up to inspect the inside and fell in love even more because of how big it was inside. When you look at the bag at first glance, one may assume, as I did until I opened it, that it would be hard to open and get into. But it is the total opposite of that. It's literally huge inside and opens with ease so it won't turn into a black hole as most of our bags do. So, after I looked at it for a while and kept saying how much I wanted it, I left the store without it, planning to get it at a later date, knowing I would regret this later. 
Fast-forward to this Tuesday when I went back to Aldo to buy the bag. They only had the cream colored one and I had to order the black one and I should be getting it either tomorrow or Monday. I knew it would be a popular item and the girl that worked in Aldo told me they only got a few of each color. So here's the bag and I'm telling you it's totally worth the $45! So check it out online or at your nearest Aldo store before they're gone!
