KRMA Jade Jacket! An OOTD!

I recently ordered something I've been lusting over for a while now and as soon as it came I had to wear it and share it with you asap! It's the Jade leather jacket from KRMA. If you watch The Vampire Diaries then I'm sure you've noticed how a lot of the cast wears leather jackets; for a while it was a vampire thing, but now I have a theory it's like a letterman's jacket for people who kill someone, like once you have killed someone you get the honor of wearing some leather. Anyway, Katherine and Elena both wear KRMA jackets on the show, more frequently it's the Jade. Nina herself has also been spotted wearing the jacket on numerous occasions in various colors. It's always something I've wanted, I mean who doesn't want a black leather jacket? But, this one isn't an ordinary jacket. It's super chic and stylish and I'm so glad I finally got it!

The ruching on the back across the shoulders and down the arms is so unique and gives it something extra! It has three-quarter length sleeves with ribbed cuffs so it's easy to scrunch up the arms if you wanted to wear them at your elbows. It's light weight, super soft leather and is perfect for spring or fall brisk days and nights.

Some more detail shots.

On the website it says this style, the Jade, runs small. So, after a lot of research, watching some videos, and emailing back and forth with customer service (which let me tell you they were amazing), I decided to get the medium to be safe. My measurements fit the small but as I'm sure a lot of you know, when you're shopping for jackets in particular, you want extra arm and shoulder room so you can raise and move your arms and wear clothes underneath! I didn't want to feel confined. Overall in the shoulders and arms I feel like it's the right size but if you watch the video you might be able to tell it looks a little big throughout the middle, but I think I probably went with the right size and I'm happy with it. I'd much rather it be a little big than too small.

Also, if you're considering purchasing this or any other KRMA clothing items I highly suggest heading over to their Facebook page and "liking" it. I've never seen a company have so many great deals through Facebook like these guys. I scooped this baby up at a great price and you guys can too!

*This is not sponsored in any way, I just really love my Jade and KRMA!

  1. Hi .I ordered one and made the payment, but they just told me that they need two or three weeks to make it, because they don't have it in stock. I feel strange, because she never mentioned this to me before. When you bought that you waited for two or three weeks too? Thanks a lot

    1. Hi! Yes, they usually make everything to order, which is why it takes longer, they don't have them in abundance ready to ship. Did you purchase recently from KRMA or Nicholas Bowes? They were always really helpful if you feel like it's taking longer and just want to check, just send them an email with your name and info.

    1. I ordered off the old KRMA website when they were still a brand but they don't exist anymore unfortunately so I would look into https://www.facebook.com/Nicholasbowes because he was the designer.
