Nail Of The Day! Orly Pure Porcelain

The other day I stumbled upon the new Orly Precious Collection for Spring 2011. There are six colors in this collection and I bought the almost white, with a bit of pink, creme color. There are two dark colors, two bright colors, the one I bought and a shimmery color. I wanted to get a few more, but they looked like some that I might already have, so i'll have to check my collection.

 So as you can see it's not white, but it's not exactly pink either. There's also a little beige in it too so, it's definitely a clean alternative to the harsh white trend that's been showing up recently. It's not a color I'm used to but I do really like and think it's a nice spring/summer color, especially with a tan! I think it would also look nice with some fine glitter polish over the top to add a little something! 

This is two coats, with no top coat and I'm impressed! It really doesn't need a top coat, it's rather shiny on its own. It's rather opaque too, but you do need that second coat just to even everything out.
